Hey, I'm Aida!

I'm a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and spinning instructor with over a decade of experience helping women achieve healthier, stronger lives. I specialize in guiding busy moms and professional women who struggle with weight, body image, and balancing fitness with life demands.

My journey began in 2010 when I transformed my own body through exercise and nutrition. Now, I help women build sustainable habits, feel confident, and unlock their full potential.

I bring the workout to you—wherever you are! Sessions can be held in the comfort of your home, outdoors at a local park, or even virtually with personalized online coaching. Do I need to be in shape to start working with a personal trainer?

Not at all! My programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We'll start at a pace that's right for you and build from there. The goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and healthier over time.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will include a fitness assessment and a conversation about your goals, fitness level, and any health concerns. Together, we'll outline a plan tailored to your needs. You'll also get a feel for the type of exercises and guidance you can expect in future sessions.
